Before starting this firm, Richard worked for 8 years as an Associate at a prominent center city Insurance Defense firm where he represented both injured workers and Workers Compensation Insurance Companies. As a result of representing both sides he was able to learn how Insurance Companies handle workers compensation claims, and now is able to use that knowledge to better represent injured workers in their current claims. Richard has been aggressively fighting for the rights of injured workers for over 23 years! He has handled hundreds of cases on behalf of injured workers located in Southeastern PA and Southern NJ.
